A Garden Party — Lunch with Friends

The season of al fresco dining has begun!

Lunch in the garden with friends, what could be better? The season of al fresco dining has begun! Summer gatherings can be made simplistic and elegant by having just a few key elements and food combinations on your shopping list. You can host a lunch without having to spend all day cooking and still have guests leaving with full tummies and smiles on their faces.

When shopping for a garden lunch here are a few combinations we love:

Rock melon, soft goats cheese and prosciutto

Blue cheese and dates

Pineapple, molasses and lime zest

NB: A plentiful supply of fresh bread and quality olive oil, fresh greens and a bunch of mint are always helpful too!
