Tessuti is located in Auckland, New Zealand. We ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses, including rural addresses which incurs an extra charge. You will need to select Rural Shipping in the shipping options. If this is not selected and your address is Rural Delivery we will contact you  We ship internationally, please email us at for more information.

Please note, for rural deliveries, we are unable to offer a 'signature required' delivery service - to ensure the safe delivery of your goods, please specify in the order notes a safe place to leave your parcel. Please allow an extra two working days for delivery.

 We are unable to ship to Great Barrier (Aotea) Island unless arranged prior, please contact us on with any queries.

Australia / $0.00 - $1,000.00 = $45.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of the item. If an item is oversized we will get back to you regarding additional shipping costs.

Tessuti takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. All products are packaged carefully to ensure they reach you safely. You can also add any special delivery instructions in notes at checkout.

When items are in stock they ship on the working day following payment clearance unless otherwise stated. Once items have been picked up, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Most parcels arrive within two - five working days. We will always advise if we expect any delay, however we cannot guarantee time frames for rural or international shipping as our providers do not have direct control over all parts of the international delivery chain - particularly customs!

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand dollars. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the cost price is the GST inclusive price, and you will be responsible for any customs or other duty payable on your goods when they arrive at their destination.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank deposits. If you would like to pay by bank deposit, please email directly with your order.

We also offer LayBuy and Afterpay online. You will need to register with LayBuy or Afterpay to use this payment method, all the information is on the product pages for you. 

We take customer security very seriously. We use DPS and shopify, both of which are PCI-CSS secure service providers, to process payments. All your credit card details are encrypted to the highest commercially available security level, as required by VISA and MasterCard worldwide. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. 

As these secure hosting providers processes all payments we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any time.



All our products are hand selected and packed just for you, and we have confidence in our delivery providers ability to get your items to you as you’d like them. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We must be notified of your intention to return an item within three working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven working days of receipt of your order. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at

If the product is faulty we will replace it, if it is out of stock we will refund the purchase price or offer you a store credit. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item.

While we’re sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of Tessuti. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or outside the 7 day return period. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged.


There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
