We use Klaviyo to manage our email communications. Klaviyo processes your data on our behalf and is not authorised to use it for any other purpose.

Delivery

To arrange delivery of your order, we share your name and address with our delivery providers. They are not authorised to use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling your delivery.

Payment and Credit Card Security

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand dollars. If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand, you will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes payable on your goods upon arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and bank deposit. To pay by bank deposit, please email shop@tessuit.co.nz with your order details.

We take customer security very seriously. We use Windcave and Shopify, both PCI-DSS certified providers, to process payments. All your credit card details are encrypted to the highest commercially available standard. As these secure providers process all payments, we have no access to your credit card numbers or bank details at any time.
