The Palais de Tokyo sits above the Seine like a mysterious starship navigating the turbulence of artists' imaginations. Through its raw cement walls and wide, maze-like passageways, a troubling fragrance drifts among the crowd — intoxicating wisps of smoky wood, warm skin, and something faintly metallic in the air. A contemporary institution with an atmosphere entirely its own.
In a room, it reads as raw and quietly provocative — smoky and warm without being heavy. Suited to a study, a workspace, or anywhere that benefits from something with a little more edge and intention in the air.
Cedarwood and gaïac wood form the smoky, resinous core — dry and deeply present. Juniper introduces a clean, sharp resinous lift above, while oak moss adds a cool, damp earthiness beneath. Cashmeran grounds the whole with a warm, slightly metallic skin-like quality that lingers long after the stick has burned down.
