A longtime admirer of Sophia Coppola, Monastery's founder Athena Hewett sent her a bottle of the oil as a gift—and earlier this year, Coppola visited Monastery's spa for a treatment. “Sofia loved that we were plant-based and small-batch,” says Hewett. An uplifting fresh and floral spray formulated to improve the epidermal hydration, soothe tissues of the skin and reduce inflammation. Using inspiration from the land surrounding the Belize resorts we chose skin healing ingredients from the local terrain.
Rosewood leaf - sourced from Belize - was included for its gently astringent properties and rare orchid oil sourced from the region for its highly anti-fungal properties. Ambrette Hibiscus from South America was added for its vast antioxidant and vitamin C levels, and also Rose from Central America, for its soothing and healing properties.

It was designed to be used during treatments at the Blancaneaux spa—and to be a perfect souvenir from Belize. The product was so loved by staff and clients at the spa in San Francisco that Sofia gave her blessing to allow everyone to be able to have it in their routine, not restricting it to the guests of the Coppola properties.

TO USE: Use this product on clean skin. Apply one to two sprays onto the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow for a few moments to let the product sink into the skin before applying your serum or moisturizer. Reapply anytime during the day to reveal smoother, softer and more hydrated skin.
