The Arnold Circus Stool in Magenta is a modern design classic — playful, sculptural, and quietly architectural. Designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project for Arnold Circus in Shoreditch, London, the stool has since become an enduring symbol of contemporary public design.
This version is made under licence in New Zealand, crafted from 100% recyclable polyethylene plastic using rotational moulding. Our mould features a slightly more generous seat than the original UK version, offering enhanced comfort while preserving the integrity of Gamper’s original form. Subtle surface variations may occur — a natural result of the moulding process and part of each stool’s individual character.
Finished in Magenta, a vibrant, confident hue, this stool brings energy and personality to both residential and commercial spaces. Lightweight yet robust, it functions beautifully as extra seating, a side table, or a flexible accent piece indoors or outdoors — ideal for entertaining, shared spaces, and everyday living.
