The Arnold Circus Stool in Sage is a modern design classic — playful, practical, and quietly architectural. Originally designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project for Arnold Circus in Shoreditch, London, the stool has become an enduring icon of contemporary public design.
This version is made under licence in New Zealand, crafted from 100% recyclable polyethylene plastic using rotational moulding. Our mould features a slightly more generous seat than the original UK version, offering added comfort while preserving the sculptural clarity of the design. Subtle surface variations may occur — a natural result of the moulding process and part of the stool’s character.
Finished in a soft Sage green, this colourway brings a calm, natural note to interiors and outdoor settings alike. Lightweight yet robust, the Arnold Circus Stool works beautifully as extra seating, a side table, or a versatile accent piece — equally at home in living spaces, gardens, or shared entertaining areas.
