The Sacred Heart Necklace is from Charlotte's Clendon Collection. Is a beautiful, yet subtle necklace with a hand-carved heart, the burning heart of Madonna, surrounded by baby stars. The heart-shaped charm has hand-carved detail and suspends from a fine, yet substantial cable chain.

18k Gold plate, sterling silver base.
