A Garden Party — Festive Cocktails
Two recipes to welcome summer festivities...
As the festive season begins and we start to invite friends over for long afternoons in the garden, it’s good to have a few simple cocktail recipes up your sleeve! A Classic Negroni
30ml gin
20ml red vermouth
20ml campari
Build over ice and stir until cold. Garnish with orange peel. For extra flavour run a flame along the peel of the orange before serving.
Rosé Spritz
20ml gin
10ml aperol
60ml pinot noir rosé
40ml soda water
Build in a large wine glass over ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Rose Spritz
