20 grams, loose leaf tea, made in Iceland.
Ingredients; birch, creeping thyme, angelica, sweet cicely, red clover, arctic root, & Swiss pine essential oil.
Put 1-3 tablespoons of herbs in a strainer. Pour hot water over herbs and cover to keep essential oils from escaping. Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.
