Made entirely by women artisans in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of Italy, each pair is constructed without glue. The velvet upper (La Tomaia) is hand-stitched to the sole (La Suola) using waxed thread, while the rubber sole—made from recycled bicycle tyres—is machine stitched for durability, flexibility, and breathability.
