The Garland Scarf is constructed entirely from individual crocheted flowers — ochre, mustard, rust, warm brown, sage, dusty lilac, and cream — each one joined to the next with no ground fabric between them, the scarf existing only as a continuous chain of blooms. Worn, it falls and moves with an openness unlike any woven textile, its form shifting entirely with how it is carried.
Crocheted by hand in 100% linen in Madagascar by the artisans Sophie Digard has long collaborated with, every flower is formed individually, its pom-pom centre distinct in colour and texture from its petals. The palette shifts gradually along the length — no two sections identical, no two flowers quite the same.

ABOUT the MAKER
Sophie Digard Créations
French designer Sophie Digard creates hand-crocheted heirloom pieces unlike any other — each one meticulously made by hand and entirely unique. With an extraordinary eye for detail and colour, Sophie develops her own hues by blending merino wool, linen, and velvet threads, resulting in tones of rich, subtle complexity. Her creations — scarves, brooches, bags, and accessories — are deeply personal, shaped by time, craftsmanship, and the tradition of slow making. Produced in Madagascar through a production model Sophie established with local women artisans, each piece combines age-old techniques with a refined French sensibility. These works are true keepsakes, cherished by collectors around the world for their beauty, texture, and soul.
