The Telopea throw takes its name from the Waratah — that singular flower of the Australian bush, all flame and form. It has been translated it into an all-over painterly motif: terracotta, dark chocolate, dusty blue, and sand moving across the cloth in a pattern that reads more like a landscape seen from above than a repeat. It is the most pictorial piece in the Innate collection.
Woven in Italy from a wool blend, the cloth carries the motif on one face and reverses to a plain warm taupe — two entirely different moods in a single throw. The self-fringe is woven from the cloth itself, its cut ends carrying the full palette of the print. Finished with a straight cut self-fringe.
