Drawn from the same 18th-century Ghent textile as the Berit tablecloth, these napkins carry the collection's archival floral vine print — rooted in the "Indiennes" tradition of European block-printing inspired by Indian chintz — into an everyday format. Each napkin is finished with a small embroidered A.S. monogram at the corner, a quiet mark of provenance.
Made from 100% linen, the napkins share the tablecloth's soft, washed hand and relaxed drape. The dark navy ground with cream and amber florals suits both daily use and more considered table settings. Sold as a set of four.
Size: 46 × 46 cm.
100% Linen. Made in Portugal.
ABOUT the MAKER
Autumn Sonata
Autumn Sonata is a design atelier dedicated to reimagining the past through a refined, contemporary lens. Founded by Lilli Elias in 2022, the studio weaves together archival research and modern design sensibility to create thoughtful home furnishings that honour history while embracing the present. Each collection begins with the discovery of storied objects, antique prints, heirlooms, and forgotten fragments sourced from European estates. These pieces are then reinterpreted into elegant, functional forms for modern interiors, preserving the spirit of their history while offering renewed purpose. Rooted in archival practice and guided by a deep respect for craftsmanship, Autumn Sonata’s designs create a poetic connection between eras. At Tessuti, we are proud to present this evolving collection. Timeless furnishings that invite you to live with beauty, memory, and meaning.
