Poised on its rock, a haunted castle. The aromatic vapours of a pure single malt drifting through the air, damp cedarwood, mossy stones, and beeswax mingling with coolly mysterious mineral notes. Edinburgh is a city that wears its history on its surface — and this fragrance is drawn from that particular, unresolved atmosphere.
In a room, Edinburgh is one of the quieter performers in the ADV range — a fragrance that starts gently and intensifies gradually as the candle burns down. Best suited to a study, a bedroom, or a smaller space where its cool, mossy character can settle and deepen.
Cedarwood leads with a damp, resinous depth — cool and unhurried. Cistus adds a warm, balsamic quality beneath, while patchouli introduces a dark earthiness that grounds the composition. A moss accord keeps everything cool and slightly damp, and mineral and undergrowth accords add a quietly mysterious quality that lingers through the burn.
