The Joséphine Vase joins two trunk-like vessels at a single scalloped foot, their full length raised in a low relief of trailing leaves and berries. The two necks lean together at the rim, meeting in a soft cleft where the vase opens.
Designed in collaboration with Japanese ceramicist and painter Setsuko Klossowska de Rola, known for bronze and terracotta work celebrating animals and the natural world. Part of the Setsuko Collection, which also includes the Setsuko Cat Incense Holder.
