The Ingrid Tablecloth is drawn from Autumn Sonata's archival research into late 19th-century Japanese paper impressions inspired by Indian sarasa textiles — a tradition of floral and vine printing that travelled across trade routes and was reinterpreted through each culture that received it. The dense, scrolling repeat carries that layered history quietly: a pattern that has passed through many hands before arriving here.
Printed on a 55% Italian linen and 45% cotton blend at 220 GSM, Ingrid has the soft, relaxed hand of washed table linen. The Coffee and Beige colourway — warm terracotta tones on a natural ground — suits both everyday use and more considered table settings.
Size: 152 × 213 cm.
100% Linen. Made in Portugal.
ABOUT the MAKER
Autumn Sonata
Autumn Sonata is a design atelier dedicated to reimagining the past through a refined, contemporary lens. Founded by Lilli Elias in 2022, the studio weaves together archival research and modern design sensibility to create thoughtful home furnishings that honour history while embracing the present. Each collection begins with the discovery of storied objects—antique prints, heirlooms, and forgotten fragments—sourced from European estates. These pieces are then reinterpreted into elegant, functional forms for modern interiors, preserving the spirit of their history while offering renewed purpose. Rooted in archival practice and guided by a deep respect for craftsmanship, Autumn Sonata’s designs create a poetic connection between eras. At Tessuti, we are proud to present this evolving collection—timeless furnishings that invite you to live with beauty, memory, and meaning.
