The Mushroom Ornament (Girl) belongs to the same folk world as its smaller companion — designed by French artist Nathalie Lété in collaboration with Astier de Villatte, and made by hand in their Paris workshops. The wide, flattened cap glazed in deep red with white spots sits low over a cream stem, where a small four-leaf clover has been painted in green alongside fine grass-like strokes. The base deepens to moss green, grounding the piece with the same quiet naturalism that runs through all of Lété's work.
