A crushed pink silk velvet — warm and saturated, landing somewhere between raspberry and rose, lifting to a brighter fuchsia where the pile catches direct light — finished on all four sides with a dusty peach rose fringe. The fringe is considerably quieter than the velvet, a faded warm pink that tempers the depth of the colour without diminishing it. The contrast between the two is gentle and considered.
Designed in Germany and made by hand in India, with fabric dyed to Anke Drechsel's own colour specifications.
