The Anna Cushion in Ivory is built around a single, generous motif — large open flowers in chartreuse yellow, each petal filled with long radiating satin stitch so the blooms sit raised and substantial against the ivory silk velvet ground. The blush pink centres are the quieter note. Packed across the face of the cushion with just enough ground showing between them, the flowers read boldly from a distance and reward closer attention.
Designed in Germany and made by hand in India, each Anna Cushion is embroidered on the frame, piece by piece, with fabric dyed to Drechsel's own colour specifications. The back is plain ivory silk velvet, the piped edge the same. A rectangular format that works well as a single statement or alongside other cushions.
