The Black Handle Steak Knife Set brings six knives, ground and hardened in Sheffield to the standard David Mellor built his name on. The blades are cast in high carbon stainless steel, precision ground, then ice hardened for an edge that holds — micro-serrated so it saws cleanly through cooked meat rather than tearing it, keeping the fibres intact and the juices where they belong.
The handle is acetal resin, weighted internally at the back for balance in the hand rather than the blade.
