The Colbert Vase pairs a straight, flared neck with a body that swells into a full, rounded belly before narrowing to a small footed base — a silhouette built on contrast, half rigour and half curve. The white glaze sits close over the form, letting the shift in profile carry the piece.

Part of the Colbert Collection, which draws on the formal lines of the Louis XIV period and loosens them into rounder, more generous shapes — a tension the collection's designers have described through the sculptor Botero.

Dimensions: 11.5 x 11.5 x 17.5cm.

Handmade ceramic, made in Paris.
