3 Pocket Coat | Hazelnut

This garment has been made using antique French linen (approximately 50-70 years old, but in perfect condition). Each item is cut, sewn, and finished personally by Oliver in Paris. Each garment is accompanied by a cotton garment bag for storage.

Size small fits size 10 - 12. Size medium fits size 12-14.

This coat is a long, straight-cut, harkening back to antique workwear.

All buttons are french vintage and all backing buttons are antique shell (utilised on the pocket buttons for extra support at this stress point) these are hand shanked in french silk thread.

The buttonholes are also sewn by hand with slightly thicker French soie perlée. The collar has also been closed by hand giving a softer finish to the neckline. All reinforcement is done with handwoven cotton, no fusing or glue products are used in the piece, offering a more gracious way for the garment to age.

Features large side entry pockets at the waist, and an internal left breast pocket with visible top-stitch.

Expertly crafted, with flat felled seams, and finished with hand-sewn button-holes complete with vintage buttons. Each piece comes with a swatch of fabric that can be used for continued repair and upkeep of the garment.

Made by hand in France by Oliver Church. Care instructions: hand wash, cold, with care.

Due to the nature of the fabric, slight surface imperfections may be visible. This is not considered a fault, but a rather a testament to the fabrics longevity.
