Missoni Blossom Bath Mat (149)

DESCRIPTION

The lovely, Blossom 149 looks like a pond of floating abstract blooms. Splashes of deep indigo and drops of aqua add coolness to its muted palette of lilac, pale grey and amber tones with pops of rich terracotta on an off-white background. This botanically inspired piece is accentuated by its asymmetrical design and soft, wavy outline. Blossom 149 is evocative of the natural world and will help to bring the outside in. Most importantly, your feet will love the plush feel of this luxurious mat.

ABOUT the MAKER

Missoni Home

Famous Milanese fashion house and ‘masters of colour' Missoni, took their extraordinary textiles into the home in 1983. An explosion of colour, pattern and luxurious texture, the Missoni Home collection now embraces every part of our lives. The qualities that have seen the company grow and prosper for six decades in the transient, oftentimes fickle, arena of fashion are the exact same values they are championing with their eponymous homewares brand: innovation, a singular vision that informs every detail no matter how small, and a sense of wonder at the endless exquisite possibilities of textiles and the design process. It is this considered, intelligent approach to textiles, to colour and to pattern that pervades every Missoni Home collection. Approaching home wares in the same exacting, bespoke way it does fashion, by continuously adding, subtracting, tweaking, reinventing and developing tactile new weaves and new colour combinations. Missoni Home develops pieces that are as dramatic in isolation as they are layered and grouped together.
