The high antioxidant levels of green tea make it your skin's best friend. Antioxidants are needed to fight against ageing and damage in the skin, helping to slow wrinkle formation and sun or solution induced damage.

Hot Tea: Straight. Boil water and let cool for 3 minutes to 80ºCelsius. Pour water over tea leaves, infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve. 1tsp of tea per cup.

Iced Tea: Infuse tea leaves in filtered cold water for 30 minutes. Remove leaves and serve, adding ice. 1tsp of tea per cup.
