Summer has arrived right on cue and we are hoping it is here to stay! There is nothing more summery than eating outdoors, on the ground, in the shade of the old oak tree. Accompanied (of course) by a long stick of bread, cheese softened by the sun and melons dripping with juice! So, on an early summers day, we set out to have the perfect picnic as we celebrated the holidays ahead and the start of the new season!
