A crushed olive mud silk velvet — deep and earthy, moving between dark khaki and warm brown-green as the pile shifts in the light — finished on all four sides with a dusty plum fringe. Where a tonal fringe would settle quietly, the plum introduces a cooler note that sits in deliberate contrast to the warmth of the velvet. The two colours are unexpected together and work precisely because of it.
